What I build
I design and build CRM and ERP systems from the database up: customers and sales pipeline, quotes, inventory and purchasing, projects and field visits, invoicing with Egyptian Tax Authority e-invoicing, HR, attendance, payroll, and reports. Recent systems include a 96-table ERP for a smart home and access control company and the HR, payroll, and WhatsApp platform Hessa Events runs on. In Egypt and the Gulf most owners call all of this a CRM; whatever you call it, I build the whole thing and hand it over documented. Based in Cairo, Egypt, available across MENA and remote worldwide.

I need a CRM for my company. Is that what you build?
Yes. In Egypt and the Gulf, CRM usually means the whole internal system: customers, sales, inventory, invoicing, HR, attendance, and payroll. I build all of it as one system with roles and permissions, in English and Arabic.
What is the difference between a CRM and an ERP?
A CRM tracks customers and sales. An ERP also runs operations: inventory, purchasing, projects, invoicing, HR, and cash. Most companies I work with need both, so I build one system and call the modules what you call them.
Can you handle Egyptian e-invoicing (ETA)?
Yes. The smart home ERP submits invoices to the Egyptian Tax Authority from inside the system and tracks each submission's status, with VAT applied only when the company is registered.
Why custom instead of Odoo or Zoho?
Off-the-shelf tools fit until your process does not. A custom system models your exact lifecycle, costs nothing per seat, and stays yours. I will tell you honestly if an existing product is the better fit.
